- Conduct forest inventories and assessments to determine safety for children attending.
- Develop and implement Forest School management plans to ensure sustainable use of woodland resources
- Monitor and evaluate the environments suitability of meaningful activities for Primary School Children
- Coordinate and supervise Team Members to carry out Forest School Activities
- Collaborate with Club's Coordinator to prepare and plan activities
- Educate Children and their families about the benefits of sustainable forestry and conservation efforts

- Strong knowledge of forestry principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and engage children, staff and volunteers
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in the field
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges related to Forest School activities
- Physical fitness and stamina for working outdoors in various weather conditions

As a Forest School Leader, you will play a vital role in managing and delivering panned activities to child during school holidays, the first planned one being during the Easter Holidays. You will be responsible for conducting risk assessments and activity plans.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

**Salary**: £211.20-£630.87 per week
