Job Description: As a Property Portfolio Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing our diverse property portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:
Data entry: Recording essential property details into our online system on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Tenant relations: Communicating with tenants, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service. Property maintenance: Coordinating maintenance requests, liaising with our maintenance team, and ensuring prompt resolution of issues.

Portfolio management: Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio, including tenancy agreements, rent collection, and inspections.

Prior experience in the estate agency industry is a definite advantage, demonstrating your familiarity with property management processes. Strong attention to detail, as accurate data entry is crucial for maintaining our property records. Excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with tenants, and colleagues. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in computer systems and a willingness to adapt to new technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
