Nineteen Recruitment is delighted to working with a local client, recruiting on their behalf for a Prison Recovery Co-ordinator, a role that is available on a full-time basis based in the Durham area.

This role is long-term and commands a standard hourly rate of £17.00 per hour.

**Job description**

As a Prison Recovery Co-ordinator, you will be working as part of a team to provide collaborative recovery planning and case management to people who have had a history of substance misuse. You will be working with a range of vulnerable adults across all stages of recovery journeys.

Whilst managing a service user caseload, devising, implementing, and reviewing ongoing recovery plans and treatments, you will also be working collaboratively with other agencies to undertake shared assessments.
- Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
- Prison clearance or a willingness to get one
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or a willingness to get one
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or above or equivalent)
- Experience working with vulnerable adults who have complex needs
