Agency Care Assistant

Due to increasing need, we are seeking new and experienced care/Support workers to join our team of dedicated and reliable agency workers around Carlisle, Cumbria.
Day to day responsibilities of support workers are diverse and include but not limited to:
- Helping people with personal hygiene and washing
- Supporting meal time activities including serving of healthy meals, drinks and drinks
- Keeping service users engaged with fun and interesting games and activities
- Contributing to good housekeeping and household management
- Assisting with medication and treatment plans
- Attend appointments and complete written forms
- Escorting the individual on activities outside the home
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: £11.50-£12.40 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 48 per week
