Here at **AIS**, we have an exciting opportunity available for a **Cleaner** to join our Facilities and Operations team based in **Solihull.** You will join us on a **part-time, permanent basis,** and in return, you will receive a **competitive salary.**

**AIS** is the largest non-food buying group of its kind in the UK, with a membership of 300 independent department stores and specialist retailers. The business is now entering an exciting time of change, with a new Managing Director at thehelm and a transformational agenda to bring a more commercial and customer-focused approach to this well-established and successful membership organisation.

As our **Cleaner** you will work closely with the **Housekeeping Supervisor**, to perform a variety of cleaning duties. As **Cleaner** you will be responsible for maintaining a designated area to company standards. Duties will include vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, dusting, and bathroom services. Attention to detail and a positive attitude a must.

**Key responsibilities as our Cleaner**:

- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas, Kitchen Toilets and Seating Areas
- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping within your allocated area
- Emptying bins and disposing of rubbish within designated area
- Carry out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks as and when required
- Notify management of deficiencies or repairs required to all equipment, Fixtures and fittings within your area and building
- Stock and maintain supply room, notifying the Housekeeping supervisor when levels run low
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to support the overall building housekeeping standards
- Attend work related training sessions as and when required
- Understand the COSHH Regulations and ensure all chemicals are used according to instruction
