Disability Support Worker

We currently seek a part-time support worker covering community care on the below shift pattern to support a young male.

Tuesday 9:30am to 2:30pm

Wednesday 3pm till 10am the next day (sleep shift)

Thursday 10am till 3pm

If you are not able to do these shifts then we wont be able to offer you the role.

**What will you be doing?**

As a support worker you will be expected to provide outstanding support to our children and young adults who have mild to severe learning disabilities including Autism. Day to day activities are likely to vary dependant on service user(s) supported. We hold person centred care as a strong value and as such expect staff members to include our young people decisions made about their care inclusive of planned activities.

**This role Requires**:
A full clean UK driving license, with access to own business insured vehicle for work. Mileage allowances are in place to cover travel made for work purposes.

Experience in dealing with challenging behaviours.
