**The Right Client**:

- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a successful Property Management company based in Belfast. They would now like to recruit an Assistant Property Manager to the team.

**The Right role**:
**Duties of the role will include**:

- Logging on QUBE/ECS of all telephone, e mail, fax and letter communications
- Help Desk Management Activities for Team Portfolio
- Service Charge Invoicing and Credit Control procedures for Team Portfolio
- Service Charge Expenditure and Payments relating to Team Portfolio
- Developing and Implementing Tendering procedures for works required for Team Portfolio
- Producing maintenance reports for AGM, or ad hoc Meetings with development directors.
- Developing, Implementing, and Reviewing all activities relating to the planned and un-planned facilities management of the Team Portfolio.
- Assisting with the administration of Solicitor “Sales pack” information.

**The Right Fit**:
Ideally you will come from a Property Management background. Full clean driving licence and access to a car is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
