**Your day-to-day**
- Own the design and implementation of all goalkeeper training sessions and general training and performance programmes.
- Assist our Under 21s Phase Coach in match preparation and organisation.
- Prepare and submit all appraisals as required for the Elite Player Performance Plan.
- Prepare and deliver video analysis for player and team feedback, to aid in development through visualisation.
- Provide a reporting platform to give constructive feedback at the end of each term for players and work with the coaching team to implement.
- Pre-match preparation and opposition analysis to provide the goalkeepers with video and statistical data on upcoming opponents, including detailed penalty analysis.
- Deliver classroom sessions to review training and match situations.
- Continually provide new and innovative ideas to incorporate into training sessions which challenge and captivate the goalkeepers, pushing them to excel and improve.
- Provide day to day operational management of our coaching programme.
- Be an active member of the youth squad selection team, analysing the skills and capabilities of individual players

**What we are looking for**
- Advanced youth award/youth modules are preferred.
- A sport related degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum FA Level 3/UEFA B coaching award or equivalent (Goalkeeping).
- A qualified FA Coach Education Tutor.
- FA Level 4/UEFA A coaching award or equivalent (Goalkeeping).
- Up to date FALCC membership.
- Demonstrable experience of coaching talented young goalkeepers with proven goalkeeper coaching skills.
- Strong experience of implementing, managing and monitoring development plans with proven results of supporting and enhancing players development.
- An up to date understanding of modern coaching methods and strategies.
- Experience of managing and developing a team of coaches.
- Someone with strong communication and leadership skills and who has experience in being part of a wider leadership team.
- Someone who is IT proficient and competent in analysis, report writing and presenting their findings.
