Riverside Leisure Centre is Chelmsford City Council’s flagship leisure facility, offering a variety of sporting activities where there is something for everyone. Every member of staff plays their role, working within a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

The successful applicant will be organised, confident with a flexible approach and a proven track record of working in a busy reception environment within the leisure industry. With a good product knowledge, the post holder will ensure all bookings, administration and payment procedures are carried out thoroughly and accurately.

The successful applicant will work as part of the team greeting our customers to the centre, using a high quality customer service approach to ensure a friendly and welcoming environment. Experience of using computer packages, customer relations and the ability to process payments are essential, however additional training will be given.

Shifts are offered on a casual basis, available mainly at weekends and evenings during the centres opening hours (5.30am - 10.30pm), with occasional shifts during the daytime. As employment is on a casual basis flexibility is a must.
