Community Investment Programme Manager
**Your new company**
You will be working for a UK based, medium sized, multi - disciplinary consultancy who are growing their social value and CSR arm of the business with the ambition to become a market leader in the space.
**Your new role**
You will be working as a community investment manager leading a team of 2 or 3 coordinators and reporting to the Head of Social Value.
Main duties will include but not be limited to:

- managing the organisations community investment programme
- line management of social value co-ordinators
- increasing staff participation in the organisations community investment programme
- meeting programme KPIs
- supporting the internal monthly SV newsletter and quarterly external SV newsletter
- working with bid and tender teams to promote and highlight organisations dedication to social value

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will need to have at least 3 - 5 years experience in the Social Value, Corporate Social Responsibility or a related field. A good attitude to work and professional manner is essential. A proven track record of dealing with community stakeholders will bebeneficial.
**What you'll get in return**
Excellent package and benefits including a very competitive salary DOE. Salary range will be between £40k - £55k. You will also be one of the first hires in a growing team so you will gain experience of growing and developing a team from the start.
