Your new job working as a Commercial Account Handler will be working for an established Global Lloyd's Brokers. Your new Brokers have been established for a number of years and understand the importance of being client-focused. They are growing in all areasand are now an employer of choice. Due to the growth within the UK Property and Casualty Division, a permanent positionfor a Commercial Account Handler handling Wholesale Commercial business has arisen.
**Your new role**

Your new job working as a Commercial Account Handler, handling Wholesale business, means you will be undertaking all aspects in the placing and maintenance of risks negotiation within the UK Property & Casualty Team from inception to completion. Negotiatingand calculating renewals of the Commercial account, ensuring that the agreed renewal retention rate is exceeded. Liaising with the UK Property and Casualty broking team, Retail UK Brokers, sub agents and underwriters on a daily basis. Other duties will includeissuing relevant and creating relevant documents. Requesting relevant information from Underwriters and advising Brokers of acceptance / refuse; of cover. Calculate renewal premiums, and handle any account queries.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Your previous experience working as an Account Handler, handling Wholesale Commercial combined business will contribute to your success in securing this role. Ideally, you will have experience in dealing with Wholesale business or have experience in handlingRetail Commercial but would be happy to move into Wholesale. You will have willingness to continue to develop knowledge of products, as well as have good communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work under pressure and to deadlines whenrequired. You will be a proficient user of Microsoft Office Software to include; Word and Excel and have a working knowledge of Insurance Databases
