- **Technical Guidance and Support**:

- Provide technical guidance, support, and advice to internal teams, customers, and partners.
- Assist in product design, deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting activities.
- Serve as a point of contact for resolving complex technical issues and escalations.
- **Solution Design and Implementation**:

- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to understand customer requirements and design tailored solutions.
- Participate in solution architecture design, feasibility studies, and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
- Support solution implementation, integration, and testing activities.
- **Training and Knowledge Sharing**:

- Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a mentor to junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices.
- Contribute to knowledge management initiatives by documenting lessons learned, technical insights, and solution blueprints.
- **Customer Engagement and Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their business needs and providing strategic recommendations.
