Warehouse Team Leader

Working hours:
8am-4.30pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols
- Coordinate and prioritize tasks to meet production goals
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
- Perform regular inspections to maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and resolve issues
- Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with team members
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Physically capable of heavy lifting and operating machinery

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
