Job Description:
We are looking for a licensed and accredited Deep Tissue and Sports Massage Therapist to provide professional and engaging wellness therapies to our clients. You will offer a full range of treatments to fulfill different client needs and objectives, including deep tissue massage and sports massage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their needs, medical history, and preferences.
- Perform high-quality deep tissue and sports massages tailored to the individual needs of clients.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records.
- Advise clients on stretching, strengthening, and relaxation techniques to enhance the benefits of their treatments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for clients.
- Stay updated with the latest techniques and advancements in massage therapy.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other wellness professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Perform various massage techniques to address individual client needs
- Assess clients' soft tissue condition, joint quality, and function
- Create personalized treatment plans based on clients' health conditions and preferences.
- Provide professional recommendations for home care exercises and stretches
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the massage area
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Valid license in massage therapy from an accredited institution.
- Certification in Deep Tissue Massage and Sports Massage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a massage therapist.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and trust.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform a variety of massage techniques.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:

- License to practice Deep tissue and Sports Massage therapy
- Experience working in a clinical or wellness setting.
- Additional certifications in other therapeutic modalities.
- Experience with client management software.
