- OSC C&J Construction Design Principles
- OSC C&J Construction Science Principles
- OSC C&J Building Technology Principles
- OSC C&J Health & Safety in Construction

A broad-based knowledge of the wider Construction sector would also be advantageous.

The successful applicant will teach across a range of full time and part time programmes to students typically studying from Level 1 to Level 3 including Construction T-Levels (core and occupational specialisms) based on prior industrial/teaching experience.

**Applicants will hold the following**:

- A relevant OSC Carpentry/Joinery Level 3 qualification or equivalent and/or be able to demonstrate significant industrial experience in the Carpentry & Joinery/general OSC fields.
- A Level 2 in maths and English (GCSE Grade C/4 or above, or equivalent) as a minimum.

The key responsibilities of the role include delivering theoretical and practical knowledge plus managing and conducting assessments in line with awarding organisation guidelines. Ensuring student progress is tracked and maintained on College IT systems, and that retention and achievement levels are maintained and improved.
