**Senior Office Assistant -**
This is an exciting opportunity due to further expansion to join a leading supplier of têxtile products on a global scale
You will be working for one of the UK’s largest and most respected Textile Groups that has over 50 years’ experience Importing and exporting fabrics to over 30 different countries from 3 sites in the UK and an office/warehouse in the USA.
This position offers a fantastic opportunity for personal development within a small dedicated highly motivated team and career progression within a successful family business.
**Key duties will include the following**
- Maintaining Credit Insurance, monitoring credit limits & submitting year-end figures
- Liaising with tenants on all outstanding matters whilst maintaining our exceptional level of service
- Reviewing the service charge & assisting with the preparation of the year end site accounts
- Ensuring all service/maintenance arrangements are carried out to the appropriate standard and within the required timeframes (Across multiple sites)
- Building/fire safety checks including break glass, fire extinguisher & emergency light checks
- Assisting with the preparation and review of all risk assessments
- Monitoring working practices and ensuring H&S procedures are being adhered to
- Monitoring GDPR requirements and ensuring that processes are followed, and that the data register is kept up to date and accurate
- Arranging staff training, both online and external
- Ordering of office/warehouse supplies
- Professional and pleasant telephone manner
- Ability to manage a busy workload
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
- Excellent communicator on every level

- Accounts/Facilities experience would be an advantage, although not essential
**Hours**: Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm, Friday 8am to 3.30pm (30-minute lunch)
39 hours per week
**Salary**: Starting £30,000
**Holidays**: 23 Days holiday per year plus bank holidays
