Optical Assistant role:
Serving and helping customers in our optical and hearing stores.

Assisting the sight testing process by carrying out pre screening tests including our 3D eyescan. Assisting our Contact Lens Opticians with administrative tasks and teaching customers to insert and remove contact lenses.

Providing the right glasses for our customers by helping them with frame selection and styling, and dispensing the right lenses for their needs.

Carrying out adjustments and repairs on glassess and hearing aids.

Administrative tasks such as booking appointments and call handling.

Amazing development opportunities exist within the role; Cert 3 and Cert 4 Qualifications, through to dispensing optician and management opportunities.

Hearcare also offers many development opportunities that can lead up to becoming and audiologist.

Pay: £22,368.06-£23,502.10 per year
