**Description**

As a Graduate 3D Generalist, you will be learning about all areas of our production pipelines and collaborate with other 3D generalists, software engineers, project leads and product owners.
- Help in developing and documenting workflows, pipelines, processes and automation tools.

Due to the nature of the projects that we handle here at Virtual Arts, Graduate 3D Generalists will need to be able to quickly learn new skills that are outside of their knowledge base in order to independently solve problems.

We require all employees to be in our Cambridge office to allow the team to work efficiently and achieve these goals.

**Key Qualifications**
- Passionate about all areas of 3D Art and Animation.
- Proficient in Blender 3D Software.
- Enthusiastic about immersive experiences and technologies.
- Highly driven, independent and well organised.
- Experience/knowledge in 3D modelling, texturing, animation, lighting and rendering.
- Proficient in achieving excellent composition, cinematography and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt.
- Self-critical and willing to take constructive criticism.

**Desirable**
- Knowledge/experience in version control systems such as Git, Subversion, Perforce, etc.
- Knowledge/experience in other areas of 3D (rigging, physics simulations, scripting).
- Knowledge/experience in game engines such as Unreal, Unity or similar.
- Knowledge/experience in video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects etc.).
- Knowledge/experience in UI/UX.
