**Overview**:
You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete an IT systems and networking - Azure Cloud Support Specialist - Level 3 Apprenticeship.

**Key responsibilities:**
- Monitor our Ticketing System to work on and resolve Helpdesk Tickets & Service Requests
- Visit client sites with existing senior engineers to help resolve IT related issues
- Assisting the senior engineers in building IT systems and configuring networks
- General IT Cabling & IT Deployment
- Make sure that all in house documentation is well maintained.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for daily / weekly recurring tasks.
- Follow all our security procedures and keep a vigilant eye for IT security Issues.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change for in house processes.
- Contribute to the process of innovative change effectively.
- Undertake other duties as required by the Service Delivery Coordinator, Service Delivery Manager or MD

- Microsoft

**Entry requirements**:
The entry requirements for this Azure Cloud Support Specialist programme are as follows:

- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

**Salary:**

£12,000 - £15,000 per annum. [Depending on experience]

**Future prospects:**

92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally, there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.

**Important Information:**

QA’s apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.

To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
