**About Us**

Our Bakkavor business in Bo’ness, based near Falkirk, specialises in the production of fresh, high quality salad products working primarily with premium retailers. To give a feel for the scale of manufacturing in Bo’ness we produce over 70million salad based meals and side dishes from our 2 manufacturing facilities employing over 1200 people in the town.

**The Role**

The focus of this role will be to correctly record, process and pay weekly paid employees, and to maintain / agree the weekly agency hours in line with pre-agreed deadlines.

**Role Accountabilities.**
- Labour hours recording (Daily)
- Prepare the weekly wages file to send to Payroll by strict set deadlines, this involves the manual input and balancing of data into the DID (Direct Input Database) system
- Process self-certificates and Doctors notes by entering them on T&A, also to accurately pay and record Company Sick Pay and enter SSP details onto the Selima payroll system within the pre-agreed deadlines
- Record and process any temporary upgrades, discrepancies, queries, new starters and leavers
- Resolve any wages related queries in an effective and timely manner
- Provide support for T&A Operators, HR, and employees with any queries
- Annual Pay Review processing
- Any additional office administration including filing and other office miscellaneous jobs

**Must Haves**
- Proven experience in office administration
- Proven ability to build positive working relationships at all levels both internally and externally

- Must have good working knowledge of Excel
