Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately.
- Serving food and beverages promptly.
- Assisting in basic food preparation tasks in the kitchen, where necessary.
- Providing excellent guest services and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Handling payments and operating the cash register with precision.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is advantageous, but not necessary.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic culinary knowledge to assist in food preparation.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
- Ability to perform basic maths calculations for order totals and bill splitting.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest services.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract
Pay: £6.50-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
