**Position**: Band 6 Hand Therapist Location: University Hospitals Dorset (across two sites) Contract Type: Part-time (hours negotiable) Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)

**Base Location**: Christchurch Hospital
**Interview Date**: TBC
**Role Overview**: As a Band 6 Hand Therapist, you will work closely with patients referred from orthopaedics, primary and secondary care, as well as self-referrals. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing expert assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for hand and upper limb conditions.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Contributing to the development of evidence-based practice.
Participating in in-house training and development programs.
**Requirements: To thrive in this role, you’ll need**:
A minimum of two years’ experience working at Band 5 level.
Willingness to participate in 7-day working on a rota basis.
Ability to drive, hold a clean driver’s license, and have access to a car for work purposes.
