Roper Rhodes is one of Britain’s leading companies in Bathroom products. We are looking for a talented & enthusiastic Product Executive to support the Product Development team at our headquarters in Bath, UK. We are currently recruiting for two positions; one will report to the Head of Category - Furniture, and the other will report to the Head of Category - Brassware.

These roles provides a great opportunity to kick start your career in a highly dedicated and skilled team, working alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry.

The key elements of the role are as follows:
Managing Product data at SKU level, including liaison with our Marketing and Digital teams to ensure marketing copy is correct and accurate, and ensure consistency in categorisation of data.

Helping us set up and develop our new PIM (Product Information Management) System.

Acquiring product data from our international vendor base.

Conducting market and competitor research, including research into new technologies and sustainable alternatives.

Assisting in creating launch, sales and customer presentations in PowerPoint.

Performing statistical analysis of our product data.

Supporting our creative teams including Product Sample management for Photography and digital content generation.

**The Applicant**:
The successful applicant will have a good standard degree in a marketing or product related discipline with a period of work experience gained during their degree studies. An A-Level in Mathematics would be advantageous.
- **Key Skills**:_
- First or upper second-class degree.
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Packages, particularly Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- A strong mix of knowledge in both the business and technology arenas.
- Experience of working in busy teams to a high degree of accuracy, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and keep calm under pressure.
- A strategic and analytical mind.
- Proficient planning, prioritising and organisational abilities.
- Very bright and practical, with outstanding communication skills.
- Capability to work and liaise internally and externally with people at all levels.
- Highly self-motivated and able to use initiative to achieve the required results.

**Preferred Skills**:

- An interest in the design & development of consumer and/or interiors products.
- Experience in liaising with suppliers, both in the UK and overseas.
- Database management experience - either a PIM system, SAP or SQL.
- Some experience of Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous, although training will be given.

**Salary and Benefits**:
