Tractor Operator

Tractor drivers required.

We are looking for enthusiastic, skilled operators to join our team. This job is a bit different to farm work. We work with many high profile clients. Across industries such as Highways, Local Authorities, Utility's and Agriculture. This means that a good knowledge and attitude towards heath and safety is essential. High levels of training are provided. Courses may include:
SSSTS

CSCS

Lantra Flail/ Romote Mower/Bank and slope mower/Strimmer

Cold Water Rescue

Streetworks

Drivers will have their own tractor and will be responsible for basic maintenance and care. Work will range from trailers to flailing, river banks to highways. We are looking for someone with experience and a willingness to learn new things. Must be able to motivate yourself as well as work in a team.

Good rates of pay and will be dependant on experience, current training and skills. Lots of hour available during peak season. Including Saturdays but not Sundays though, even we like 1 day off.

Although we have grown a lot we still have small family firm values and we look after those that look after us. Each member of staff is more than just a number.

Work starting Mid April
