The role will include food preparation, potato preparation, condiment creation, fish cutting, and the ability to ensure their area is fully set up for service. You will ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and health & safety are kept at all times.
As the role develops an understanding of portion control, ordering, analysis, and pricing will all be gained.

Experience of frying and food preparation is preferred, ideally 2 years.

You will be working in a modern environment with the latest technology and equipment in a business with over 40 years’ experience. Within the role you will learn all sides of the industry.

Contracts available from 25-35 hours per week. Work will include weekends & evenings; shift patterns will be flexible although depending on the time of year hours may be fixed.

Pay Salary starting from £11.50 per hour
