Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our team. As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based in our office.

**Duties**:

- Process warranty claims and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate
- Communicate with customers, dealers, and manufacturers regarding warranty claims
- Maintain warranty records and files
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for warranty claims
- Assist in resolving any warranty-related issues or disputes
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with computerized systems for tracking and managing warranty claims
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience using QuickBooks is a plus

Pay: £19,188.05-£28,622.51 per year
