My client are looking for an enthusiastic telephone operative, to join their busy Crowborough office. Working for one of the largest Christian media companies in the UK, you will be part of a team responsible for building long-lasting relationships withits supporters.
Making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls, tasks may include:
- following scripts to outline the call, and then using initiative to form a natural conversation
- securely add to and update databases
- generate interest in new callers and add them to the databases
Salary**:£22,267 per year**
Hours: Five days per week, Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 10:00am-6:00pm, Tuesday & Thursday: 12:00pm-8:00pm
Saturdays (2 per month) 9:00am-3:30pm, with time back in the week
