**Property disposals & supply officer**

We are a large property company based in Luton providing housing to local authorities across London and the home counties. Due to our continued expansion, we are currently looking for Property Disposals & supply officer to cover Herts, Beds bucks London and surrounding areas on a full-time, permanent basis. Working in our maintenance department and ideally having 1 years’ relevant experience in a similar role.

You will be responsible for clearing properties with rubbish and furniture and supplying furniture.

Our requirements and some of the duties are:

- Clearing furniture and waste from properties when tenants move out.
- Be able to lift and transport goods in a safe and responsible manner, including carrying furniture and other goods of different weights up and down stairs, in and out of properties.
- Basic garden maintenance.
- To undertake any other duties in order to meet your team objectives as requested by your line manager.
- Possess good communication skills including understanding/accepting instructions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, efficient, reliable and able to work to deadlines. Must hold a valid UK driving licence. Good spoken English.

Salary £19,000 - £22,000 depending on experience.
