**Lincolnshire County Council are seeking an experienced fraud investigator to join our developing team. The postholder will play a fundamental role in the oversight, development and delivery of investigations and assist implementation of robust counter fraud and anti-corruption arrangements at the Council.**:

- The ideal applicant will be an_**_ experienced investigator_**_ with a high level of_**_ knowledge relating to delivery of internal fraud investigations _**_and counter fraud arrangements. _

We are looking to recruit a **_proactive, organised and professional person_** **able to demonstrate a wide understanding of investigative practice, the current public sector fraud landscape, and local government financial processes.

You will be forward-thinking, with experience of management, development of colleagues, with ability to **_work effectively in partnership with others and collaborate with colleagues _**_in the Corporate Audit and Risk Management Service._Experience of hybrid delivery and oversight would be a distinct advantage.

As this role is key to the delivery of investigations and presentation of findings and evidence, it requires a **_confident, engaging and_** **_knowledgeable person_** in this essential function.
