Our client is a fast-growing and ambitious company that provides high-quality products and services for their customers, within the telecommunications sector. We are looking for a telesales executive/ lead development executive to join their team.

**Package**:

- £22,000 - £25,000 per annum starting salary
- Realistic commission scheme of £500 a month, this is uncapped so if you have great sales skills no reason for this not to be higher.
- Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm, 37-hour week
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

- Excellent career development opportunities - should you succeed in the role of telesales executive, next role within the company would be looking at OTE of £50k, achievable within 1yr if committed and able to prove abilities.
- Working from home with the possibility of some office days in the future so need to be in commutable distance of Newquay

**Responsibilities**:

- Generating leads which will in turn converts to contracts for the business.
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients, booking appointments for demonstrations on the products available to them.
- Building relationships with potential clients.
- Qualifying leads and identifying sales opportunities, fact finding to ensure the prospect is suitable for the goals of the business.
- Presenting products and services to potential customers
- Providing excellent customer service at all times and in line with company guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Previous telesales/business development/lead generation experience essential.
- Own laptop, headset and a good internet connection essential.
- Confident working in a targeted sales environment, able to handle objections and rejection on a daily basis, as one would expect in a telesales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with prospective clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Hardworking, committed and reliable work ethic
- Looking for long term role and to start or further sales career.
