- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and serve drinks and food items promptly
- Prepare and mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines while handling and serving food
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales
- Process customer payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment throughout the shift

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to help team members as needed for smooth operation of the bar
- Strong upselling skills to promote additional food and beverage items
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
- Culinary knowledge for recommending food pairings with drinks
- Exceptional guest service skills to provide a positive experience for customers

Applicants must be 18 or over, have own transport or reliable transport as public transport not suitable.

Pay: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
