Training and Event Co-ordinator

We are looking for a Training Co-ordinator to join our client, based in Marlow, an international training company working with some of the biggest names in IT and Tech.
Offering hybrid working (3 to 4 days at home and 1 - 2 in the office) we are looking for someone flexible, hardworking and highly motivated who is able to build and manage relationships with trainers and schedule training events.
Up to £28k plus £2k bonus and benefits
**Duties include**
- Planning, organisation and management of schedule courses across multiple vendor lines
- Manage instructor and room schedules
- Manage contract trainer schedules ensuring the right resources are booked for courses in advance
- Book lab and courseware resources in advance of training and ensure any reservations are cancelled in line with our cancellation terms
- Manage relationships with instructors and suppliers
- Ensure effective cost control and budget allocation for events
- Investigate and book cost effective instructor travel & accommodation
- Prepare and distribute weekly instructor course preparation/information documents
- Ensure all course evaluations are completed with a follow up process on post-event feedback
- Assist with vendor compliance procedures/processes.
**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience working with schedule or event management
- Proactive planning experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise a busy workload.
- An ability to adapt quickly to situations and stay calm under pressure
- An understanding of the need to respond quickly to sales team and customer requests
- Experience with Microsoft Office products Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Experience of working in the IT or training industry would be advantageous but not mandatory
