Tamworth, United Kingdom Home Instead Full time

Company Description

Our office was established in 2011 and our mission is to brighten the lives of seniors giving them a sense of purpose, wellbeing & worth. This role plays a vital part ensuring that our clients receive the best in class quality care and to support the growth of our business.

We passionately believe that our Care Professionals are very important to the business; without them, high quality care cannot be delivered. So we care as much for our team as we do for our Clients.

We have been awarded a 5 star rating by our employees for the support they receive, the training, the remuneration and the ethos of the company.

Home Instead Lichfield, Tamworth and North Warwickshire continues to change the way care at home is perceived. We deliver what we would want our own relatives to receive and we work effectively within the local communities in partnership with medical professionals and community groups to support older adults to stay independent at home.

Live in care is an extension to our hourly care which we have delivered to the community for over 10 years. The Live in care service is in its infancy but will become a valuable service for those Clients who do not want to go into a care home but instead stay within their own safe and secure environment they call home.

**Job Description**:
This role ensures that our highly trained Care Professionals are matched to individual Clients to create the best, highly trusted and most productive care relationships.

This role matches Care Professionals for their 1 hour minimum calls and ensures they are able to consistently visit the same Clients. It also involves checking travel time and routes so that Care professionals are always on time to visit their scheduled Client.

This role is a bit like solving jigsaw puzzles. However with great recruitment and training the plan can be set in stone and the schedules are less stressful than what is the norm within the care sector.

Visits are templated and unless Clients needs change, the visits don't change and the Care professionals visiting will remain the same. The Care Coordinator is also responsible for planning team holidays ensuring there is sufficient members of the team working to visit clients.

This role involves speaking to Clients, their families or legal representatives plus the Care Professionals by telephone, taking instructions, negotiating visits, discussing changes to the services we provide
