Our amazing #TeamGlenview in Dumbarton are now on the lookout for new *female colleagues on a part-time (25 hours per week) permanent basis.

**The Role**

As a Support Practitioner, no two days are ever the same; you'll be part of a small, friendly team who provide a mixture of 1:1 and 2:1 support to an older lady within her own home. It's an exciting time to join as the team are preparing for a new lady to move into the home, so you will also be helping her to transition into her new environment.

Your main aim will be supporting both ladies with their day to day needs which includes administering medication, moving and assisting, personal care, cooking, appointments and housework. With the ladies also enjoy being an active part of their community, you will also find yourself being involved in music activities, shopping and social outings.

**About You**

You don't need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and we'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills you'll need. We'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and SSSC yearly registration fees too

**Shift Patterns**

As we’re dedicated to providing the best support possible, shifts patterns usually fall into early mornings, days and evenings. Sleepovers, weekends and public holidays will also form part of your rota on a rotational basis.

Sleepovers aren't included within your contracted hours, so you will receive an additional payment of
**£87** for each sleepover shift worked.
