We are currently seeking a diligent, professional and empathetic individual to join our team as a Diary Coordinator at Wiltons Funeral Directors, Belfast. As a Diary Coordinator, You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth coordination and scheduling of funeral services and related activities.

This is a full time permanent position working 38.33 hours per week, Monday - Friday 08:30am - 16:30pm.

**What Will I Be Doing as a Diary Coordinator?**
- Assemble staff orders, or garage orders for several offices as required.
- Assign Funeral Directors onto Funerals as per operational requirements.
- Liaise with the Support Services Manager reference operational staff availabilities.
- Liaise with funeral directors as to their availability for other duties as operationally required.
- Administrational duties including, but not limited to entering funeral arrangements into Compass.
- Fully comply with all Dignity’s Internal Procedures and NAFD Code of Practice.
- To achieve operational efficiency with the smooth running of both the Funeral booking and Movement’s diaries.
- Managing funeral bookings, Removals, taking deceased to branch church or home, organising documentation and dealing with third parties.

**What Do I Need?**
- A full UK driving licence (manual)
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- A key team player and can work collaboratively with others.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritise effectively.
- Good time management and able to adapt to changing workloads easily.
- Good level of physical fitness, as this role will involve heavy lifting duties
- The determination to deliver excellent client services
