Our client, a well-established energy company, is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team based at Sizewell.

**Vacancy Overview**
- The Operations Main Control Room Clerk responsibilities include (but not exclusive to):
- Ensure that Shift Manning levels are met as per Site Licence.
- Update Shift Manning Sheets and chase up cover requirements as requested.
- Creation and maintenance of the Shift Operations Rotas.
- Ensure adequate facilities are provided across the department and manage all associated budgets (general office consumables / Main Control Room uniforms etc).
- Department Visa Card Holder.
- Create and maintain yearly and weekly Emergency Scheme Standby Rota's for all Station Emergency Personnel.
- Operations Budget Coordinator (including raising requisitions etc).
- Place orders for Consumables (Oils / Chemicals) and prepare delivery packs.
- Act as the Corrective Action Programme (CAP) Evaluator for the Operations Department.
- Provide general clerical support (inc Filing / archiving / EC's / audits).
- Liaise with Occupational Health regarding Operations Department Task Related Health Assessments.
- Maintenance of Operations Key Registers (including issue of keys).
- Creation and Maintenance of the Operations Department Intranet Site.
- Maintain the Operations Department Documentation Suite.
- Provide general clerical support to the Main Control Room and Shift Managers.
- Undertake project work as requested by Operations Manager and Deputy Operation Manager.
- Required to work as part of the Operations Outage Clerical Shift Team during Refuelling and Forced Outages.
- Member of the Commodities Working Group.
- Run the Operations Study Base.
- Support controlled document rationalisation drive.
- Involved in the creation and maintenance of automating the Shift Cover requests.

**Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience**
- The successful applicant should, ideally have, one or two years' experience in administration at a power station, including basic knowledge of the operation of a Nuclear Power Station.
- Individuals should demonstrate a positive approach to work, taking ownership for efficiency losses, plant defects and improvement plans.
- Teamwork is an essential part of the role within the operations department and other sections on stations.
- Knowledge of Excel, SAP and AMS would be beneficial, but not essential as training will be provided.

**If successful, you will be employed by Manpower working on a temporary assignment at our client's site and will need to undergo BPSS checks as well as a drug & alcohol test.
