Commercial Services Group are looking for a well organised individual with a strong work ethic to play a crucial role in processing all bank transactions across all legal entities on a daily basis.

**Key duties -**
- Assist in the processing of all cheques, BACS and credit card receipts on a daily basis, ensuring all items are posted within 2 days of receipt
- Solving cash queries and unidentified receipts on the suspense account
- Deal with unpaid cheques and failed Direct Debits
- Maintain an effective filing solution
- Batch cheques for banking and processing

**What we need from you -**
- Competent use of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Level 2 Qualification in both English and Mathematics
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills both verbally and in written format
- Capability to work effectively as part of a team
