We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable **School Meals Supervisory Assistant (SMSA)** to join our team in Bristol.

As an SMSA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of lunchtime activities and providing a safe and supportive environment for students. Your responsibilities will include supervising children during lunchtime, ensuring they follow school rules and behave appropriately, and assisting with the serving of meals and snacks.

Key responsibilities:

- Supervising children during lunchtime and ensuring their safety and well-being
- Encouraging positive behavior and resolving any conflicts that may arise
- Assisting with the serving of meals and snacks, and ensuring that children follow proper hygiene and dietary guidelines
- Supporting students with additional needs or disabilities during lunchtime activities
- Communicating effectively with school staff, parents, and students to ensure a positive and inclusive lunchtime experience
