Overview:
An opportunity exists for a HR Advisor to join the business on a part time permanent basis supporting 3 sites and reporting in to the HR Manager. The role will be based at our Bromborough site with remote support to the Flint and Winsford sites.

Qualifications:
Applicants must be ‘hands on’, resilient, creative and have a track record of problem solving and change management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop close working relationships with the Business management team to ensure that HR activity is managed
- Provide advice and support to managers on all HR issues.
- Ensure a proactive approach to HR requirements.
- Support group initiatives.
- Contribute to a proactive communications strategy to all employees.
- Improve skill levels at site.
- Manage all employee relations case work at site.
- Assist in the recruitment and induction process.
- Provide HR guidance to site leaders.
- Support the payroll preparation.
