**The role**
Our Accounts and Business Advisory Services (ABAS) teams lie at the heart of our relationships with our clients. They rely on us to make sure they remain compliant with the myriad of Accounting, Tax and other regulatory filings a UK business has to make. Developing your skills in helping clients prepare and file accurate, high quality and timely financial accounts and returns will give you the foundational analytical skills to underpin the development of advisory skills.

Dealing with annual compliance and filing is just one part of the ABAS story, we deliver real value by helping our clients spot issues & opportunities within their business, develop strategies to improve their business or problem solve, and ultimately help them achieve their business and personal goals.

Your initial phases of training will focus on accounting and tax technical skills, while also focusing on developing communication, team working and client care skills which form the bedrock of a well-rounded business advisory skillset.

Your training in ABAS also focuses on equipping you with a technology tool-kit based on the latest cloud and AI enhanced technologies. Effective Technology is one of our strategic pillars, and is supported by continuous investment in and development of our digital toolkits. We also have deep strategic partnerships with some of the World’s leading business and accounting technology companies - they help us support your development of key transferrable digital technology skills. This is further supported by a very active Digital Success Community focused collaborative learning and innovation among all colleagues.

**Qualification**

**Application Requirements** To get the job that you’ll love,** you will**:

- Need the right to work in the UK from your start date
- Have achieved Level 4 or above in GCSE English Language & Maths (or equivalent)
- Have achieved/be on track to achieve a minimum of 96 UCAS points (or equivalent)
- Please note, this role is **not** suitable if you hold an undergraduate and/or masters degree
