Yes Developments currently has 3 locations requiring ongoing maintenance to keep them to a high standard. The role is being offered on either a full time (35 hours a week) or part time (21 hours a week) basis.

We need someone who is pro-active and can identify small jobs on an ongoing basis and prevent them from becoming large issues.

The role will be carried out at Newton Abbot with holiday cover provided to Plympton and Yelverton.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
