Trainee Bench Locksmith

Duties to include:

- Cutting Keys
- Making keys by hand
- Cutting keys by code
- Assembling & repairing locks
- Cutting and programming vehicle keys
- Booking jobs in and taking customer details over the phone and counter.

This job role will also include working in our busy retail shop which entails:

- Serving customers face to face and over the phone
- Ensuring stock levels are upheld
- Booking goods in

Must be able to work alone and as part of a team.

Must have a good telephone manner and preferably previous customer service experience.

Any experience in key cutting/locksmithing would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided in house with external training courses arranged where applicable and when available.

The job is based at Nener’s showrooms at 80 Gower Road, Sketty, Swansea

Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30

**Salary**: Meets National Minimum Wage but negotiable depending on experience

**Salary**: £5.28-£10.42 per hour
