Are you a highly motivated and skilled individual with a passion for large and small format finishing?

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform finishing tasks on both large and small format print jobs, ensuring high-quality results that meet client specifications.
- Operate and maintain various finishing equipment, such as flatbed cutters, guillotines, laminators, bindery equipment and mail insertion machines.
- Collaborate with the production team to prioritize and complete finishing tasks within established timelines.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of finishing supplies and materials.
- Ensure all finished products are inspected for quality and accuracy before delivery to clients.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working in the finishing area.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year's previous experience in both large and small format finishing.
- Physical fitness to handle tasks that may require lifting, standing, and bending.
- Valid UK driving license to facilitate occasional transportation of finished products.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Basic computer skills for entering job data and operating finishing equipment interfaces.

Salary is determined by experience, starting at a level that meets the minimum requirement for the Leeds Living Wage. The standard workweek comprises 37.5 hours, typically from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. However, applicants should be adaptable to varying workdays/hours, especially during busy periods.

**Salary**: From £20,319.00 per year
