Our Harrogate based client are looking for a marketing wizard to join their team on a full-time basis as a PPC Specialist.

As a PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimising paid search campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve overall business objectives. You will work closely with the marketing team, utilising your expertise in search engine marketing (SEM) to implement effective strategies across various platforms. The role involves conducting keyword research, analysing campaign performance, and staying alongside of industry trends to maximise Return on Investment (ROI).

**Responsibilities of the PPC Specialist**:
**Campaign Management**:

- The PPC Specialist will develop, implement, and optimise paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engines.
- Create and manage keyword lists, ad copy, and bid strategies to maximise campaign performance.
- Monitor daily campaign budgets, pacing, and bid adjustments to achieve KPIs.

**Keyword Research**:

- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities and trends in the market.
- Regularly update and expand keyword lists based on industry changes and business goals.

**Ad Copy Creation**:

- Craft compelling and relevant ad copy to improve click-through rates and conversion rates.
- Perform A/B testing of ad variations to optimize messaging and drive better performance.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilise analytics tools to track and analyse campaign performance.
- The PPC Specialist will generate regular reports highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for improvement.

**Competitor Analysis**:

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Adjust strategies based on competitive landscape changes.

**Landing Page Optimisation**:

- Collaborate with the web development team to ensure landing pages are optimised for conversions.
- Make recommendations for improvements based on campaign performance data.

**Budget Management**:

- The PPC Specialist will manage budget allocations effectively, ensuring maximum ROI across campaigns.
- Provide recommendations for budget adjustments based on performance and business goals.

**Stay Informed**:

- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes.
- Attend relevant conferences, webinars, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing
- Proven experience in managing paid search campaigns, preferably in an agency or e-commerce setting.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, X, TikTok, Google Ads (PPC), Google Analytics and database management. Databases, social media platforms and website content management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Certification in Google Ads and other relevant certifications is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and how they impact paid search campaigns.

**The package on offer**:
Competitive salary: £25,000- £30,000 DOE

Full-time, permanent position based in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire.

You will be supporting the Account Manager’s and more importantly the customer, in managing the process of the finance agreements from being accepted by extensive panel of specialist lenders, through to the delivery and receipt of each vehicle by the customer.
