Front End Associate

White Hart Pub & Dining Ltd is seeking a Front End Associate for our Henfield location. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for customers at all times.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers at the door.
- Assist customers in finding their way around the store.
- Answer any customer questions or provide assistance with product information.
- Assist with food preparation, packaging, and shipping of food for White Hart Pub & Dining Ltd's customers.
- Clean and maintain the store, front, and back areas.
- Work as a team member with other associates.
- Assist with inventory management.
- Stock and replenish shelves with goods, including but not limited to food products, merchandise, and accessories.
- Ensure that all assigned goods are in good condition and that they are displayed in a clean, attractive, and professional manner.
- Ensure that all products are available for customer use and that no inventory shortages exist.
- Keep front-store reception area neat, clean, and attractive to customers.
- Work as a team member with other associates.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in retail or food service preferred but not required.
- Ability to learn new skills quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure in an interrupting environment (e.g., wait stations, checkout stations).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week
