**Job Title**:
Sales and Rentals Administrator

**Location**:
The Sales and Rentals Administrator will be based at our main office at Kirkton Avenue, Dyce.

**Job Summary**:
**Principle duties include, but not limited to**:

- To prepare certification packages to meet customer requirements.
- To update customer spreadsheets as and when required.
- To assist both the rentals and sales team on a day to day basis.
- To handle numerous and varied requests from our personnel.
- To complete all office duties, filing, word processing, excel as instructed.
- Participate in all safety meetings and training activities.
- Assist in preparation of Quality Assurance Documentation as instructed.
- To carry out any additional relevant activity that the company considers appropriate for the position.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently unsupervised.
- Ability to be flexible in approach to others and have good teamwork skills.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Standard Grade Certificates of equivalent.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in using Word, Excel, and other MS Office packages.
- Great communication skills.
