Overview:
The bpi division sits within the Engineered Materials Division of Berry Global Inc. a US listed company with an annual turnover of around $13bn and over 40,000 employees.

The bpi division has manufacturing sites across the UK, Germany, France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Poland and Romania.

The Ardeer site is currently recruiting for Factory Operators. All roles are full-time, working 12 hours shifts on a 24/7 rotating shift pattern (day shift / night shift), working 84 hours per fortnight and every other weekend.

Qualifications:

- Good timekeeping, tidy, hardworking, health & safety conscious and great communication skills are essential, in addition to the ability to work as part of a team.
- You will ideally have experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience with working shift patterns would be advantageous (including night shift).
- Full training will be provided

**Responsibilities**:

- Run the relevant lines within your department to manufacture blown film to specific quality standards and specifications
- To carry out duties effectively as required by the production plans and Quality Control check sheets
- Minimise production downtime and scrap
- Keeping the department clean and tidy to our high standards
- Follow H&S and environmental procedures, and seek to minimise waste
- Prepare for the next shift in order to conduct smooth shift changeovers
