**Job Description**:
Working across two of our fashion brands - I SAW IT FIRST and Missguided, duties will include but not limited to:

- Responsible for driving growth, engagement, and revenue through influencer marketing and our future collaborations.
- Deliver impactful influencer campaigns and collaborations to drive increased brand awareness and new customers and build strong relationships with our influencers.
- Support in building and implementing our Influencer strategy, utilise social tools and reporting to track performance and maximise reach to be at the forefront of marketing campaigns with key influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Responsible for managing and overseeing our influencer outreach and channel across all tiers (paid and gifted), building and maintain strong relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Ensure Influencer activity on social channels supports our priorities across marketing and the wider business.
- Reactive to key events / days and media culture to our audience and drive new innovative ideas and to engage with target audience.
- Create impactful influencer edits, launches and campaigns to support marketing communication and driving new customers.
- Identify new opportunities and creative ways to drive our influencer presence and work with influencers to develop our brands and networks.
- Lead daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and analysing on influencer activity including revenue, traffic, engagement, competitor insight, and industry insight.

**Qualifications**:

- Performance driven with an in-depth understanding of influencer marketing
- Experience working with top, mid, and micro influencers.
- Industry insight on updates and innovations as they occur with excellent knowledge of the influencer landscape in the UK and IRE.
- Experience in commercials (ROI, budget management), good negotiator and relationship builder to support business objectives / goals.
- A team player, passionate about influencer marketing, with an excellent understanding of the market.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
