To complete our dedicated care team an exciting opportunity has arisen with our company for the post of **Painter & Decorator.**

This post is based within our Moray homes with the ability to attend our Highland Homes as necessary. In total Parklands Limited has currently eleven care homes in the Moray and Highlands area. You will be required to carry out various work scopes across these homes, working closely with other maintenance team members and our management team.

**About You**
- You must have the right to live and work in the UK
- You will have sound knowledge of English and be computer literature
- Available for call outs when required.
- A full driver’s license is essential and a work van will be provided.

**Desired Experience & Qualifications**
- Previous painting and decorating experience are essential.
- A trade specific qualification such as a NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting is preferred.
- Emulsion.
- Oil / Gloss / Undercoat.
- Wallpapering preferred.
