A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Security Supervisor who will work at our client’s premises in **Liverpool**.

You must be able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and excellent customer service to both our clients and service users.

We require supervisors to be SIA licenced - **Door Supervision/Security Guarding**

The security supervisor is required to provide an efficient, effective and professional security service.

**DUTIES AS A SECURITY SUPERVISOR**
- To work in conjunction with the security & Safety Contract Manager in the provision of excellent security services to client’s
- Direct supervision over 2 locations within Liverpool city centre (15-minute walk between both locations)
- Personally oversee staff training, performance, disciplinary and other operational aspects to ensure excellent standards are met and maintained
- To deliver training such as toolbox talks, What If? Scenarios and other training as described by the Security & Safety Contract Manager, client, and other Bidvest Noonan senior mangers
- To manage excellent relationships with the client and other key stakeholders
- To ensure compliance with all statutory and relevant company and client policies
- Management of operational roster, TimeGate, absence reporting and other operational documentation
- Provide operational innovations to enhance and improve operations
- Assist in the development of assignment instructions
- Maintenance of all records and logs such as patrol logs, CCTV checks etc.
- Reporting of incidents and training security team personnel on how these reports should be recorded and escalated
- Coordination of appropriate responses to emergencies and incidents
- Training team champion, ensuring all members of the team complete all their required training as per the training matrix and this is documented
- Ordering of uniform
- Completion or assist in completing Bidvest Noonan reports
- Performance reviews of security team
- Monitoring access control
- Monitoring CCTV
- Escorting of Visitors, Clients, Contractors & Staff as and when required
- To understand customer business and therefore site security needs in order to exceed customer expectations
- To continuously review and introduce security management best practice into the business
- To monitor and improve the levels of customer satisfaction for manned security delivery
- To own and deliver the range of security services required to meet/exceed the Customer requirements and add valued support to the management and delivery of the operational services
- To enhance the relationship with the customer and ensure the appropriate and timely response to all security issues and events
- Self-development with an expectation to attend courses and other training to develop knowledge and support the business need
- Any other reasonable ad hoc request made by the Security & Safety Manager, client, or senior Bidvest Noonan management team

**JOB ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Frontline SIA licence
- First Aid desirable
- Substantial operational security experience
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good technical knowledge as well as the ability to multi-task
- Be able to work under pressure whilst keeping calm and in control
